From the study, it is found that the word “present moment” is stated in Abhidhamma Pitaka.  Just only the omniscience of Lord Buddha can acknowledge the present moment. The “present moment” that we are calling now means “Addhâpacanpanna” is stated in Suttanta Pitaka, as the meanimg of the time of living here and now; to recognize the facing fact as fact, not thinking about the past and the future live at the present moment with the intellectual. To recognize the fact with intelligence of the Four Foundations of mindfulness:-  body, sensation, mentality and dharma in order to be happy here and now in the living way, and to go to the maximum aims to achieve the complete independence by dividing the teaching into 4 areas namely:- the moral or behavior, the mentality, the wisdom and the society.

Âtâpî (right effort), Sati (mindfulness) and Sampajañma (awareness) are the Doctrinal Principles being established relating to the current moment which in the practice corresponding to the present moment arising and in continuously working with the leadership and collaboration of         body and mind (Rûpa and Nâma). To live in the present moment is to face the reality that changes all the time.  Impermanence, suffering and Anattâ (Soul-lessness) appear to be a commitment to Tilakkhaóa that happen at every time in accordance with the rules of nature and when the Nivarana (hindrances), Avijjâ (ignorance) , Taóhâ (craving) and Upâdâna (attament) which are the obstacle to the present in mind, the present moment isn’t in existence.

The way to practise the principle of Bhâvanâ by separating the development into 4 namely: Kâya-bhâvanâ: physical development, Sîla-bhâvanâ: moral development, Citta-bhâvanâ: emotional development and pañña-bhâvanâ to measure the impact of human development demonstrate that human being can develop from the base:- Sîla which is the basis of a layman’s life to have a powerful potentiality in order to live together in the societies with peace and the aim is Nibbâna. In conclusion, the participants can develop themselves from the state of the laymen to the Noble Ones.
